To ensure a proper fit for knee, elbow, and wrist pads, we recommend measuring the circumference of the extended knee and elbow and the hand circumference at the knuckles. Use the following metric size chart as a guide to match your measurements:

JR: One Size fits most children ages 4-8, weighing 18-27 kg. Wrist: 15 – 18 cm, Knee: 23 – 28 cm, Elbow: 15 – 20 cm
